Paul Fleay - Chief Executive Officer

 

BSc, GradDipEd, MBA, GAICD

Paul is the CEO of Intelife. He is excited about the opportunity to work at Intelife as he is passionate about improving disability employment in WA – and with a strong foundation in place, believes that Intelife is well placed to be a leader of innovative practice in this area.

Prior to working at Intelife Paul has worked in a variety of roles. He was the Director of Statewide Programs at Scitech, State Manager of the Tax Institute of Australia and most recently the CEO of Australian Inclusion Group, a company that runs 4 social inclusion focused businesses.

Paul is the father of two teenage sons and an energetic border collie named George, and for his sins, is a member of the Fremantle Dockers.

Jennifer Binetti - Deputy CEO & General Manager Corporate Services

 

B. Comm (Co-Op), CPA, CA, ICD.D, MAICD

Jennifer is a Chartered Accountant with 20+ years’ experience managing finance and corporate services. Specializing in financial reporting, compliance and cash flow management, Jennifer uses those skills to drive financial performance for the organisation.

Over the years, her experience in varying industries such as mining and resources, real estate and sports and entertainment help manage and oversee the commercial arm of the business. Jennifer may spend her days looking at spreadsheets, but it’s the work that Intelife does improving the lives of people with disability that gets her up in the morning.

When she’s not at Intelife, Jennifer is a chauffeur for her two busy teenagers and volunteers on other not for profit Boards.

Anne Hansen - General Manager People Services

 

BA(Hons)Psych; GradDipHRD; CAHRI; GAICD

Anne is a generalist Human Resources Executive with senior experience in the Disability Services, Mining Services, Construction, Engineering, Agribusiness and Manufacturing industries.  Over the course of her career to date, she has worked in a businesses ranging from mid sized family owned enterprises to ASX and internationally listed corporations.

As a generalist HR practitioner, Anne’s expertise encompasses all people aspects of the business.  She is strategically focused and strives to provide a safe, positive and enjoyable working environment for all Intelife personnel.

Outside of work, Anne is married with two adult children.  She enjoys daily walks with the dog, crafting hand made goodies for her family and a glass or two of good red wine.

Andrea Williams - General Manager Support Services

 

BSc Occupational Therapy, GAICD

 Andrea brings over 20 years of experience in the disability sector to Intelife, with a strong background in therapy-based services, service re-design, clinical governance, and safeguarding. She is driven by a passion for outcomes that focus on people, performance, and impact, and finds immense privilege in working alongside a dedicated team at Intelife focused on upholding human rights and improving the lives of those they support.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys a vibrant family life with her husband and two adult daughters, who are busy pursuing their own studies, careers, and dreams. Their household is also filled with the joy of their kelpie and spoodle companions.

Brendan Spencer - General Manager Information and Digital Technologies

 

BA(Hons) Business Information Systems

Brendan is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience leading teams that deliver organisational performance improvement through prudent investment in digital technologies. He has gained experience across several industries, including Disability Services, Resources, Technology, and Medical Technology, working in Australia, the USA, and the United Kingdom. Brendan’s focus is on ensuring Intelife takes full advantage of digital technologies to become a leader in the provision of Disability Services. He feels privileged to have the opportunity at Intelife to fully utilize his skills and capabilities to improve outcomes for people with disabilities within the community.

Throughout Brendan’s career, he has been recognized for his ability to deliver results, build strong relationships, and lead teams to success. He is  passionate about using technology to drive innovation and improve the lives of people with disabilities. When not working, Brendan enjoy spending time with his two sons and hitting a small, white ball around well-groomed fields.
