Their expertise and commitment have been instrumental in driving us to deliver exceptional services and enhance the quality of life of people with disabilities throughout Western Australia.

Zenith Zeeman – Board Chair

BSc, MBA, GAICD

Zenith is a non-executive director with over 20 years of senior executive management experience in mental health and the aged care sector. An experienced registered nurse, with a Bachelor of Science, Master of Business Administration and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Zenith is an accomplished leader, coach, mentor with a passionate commitment to quality, person centred care.

Simon Rear – Board Deputy Chair

LLB BA, GradDipAppFin (Sec Inst)

Simon is a Corporate/M&A Partner at Gilbert + Tobin in Perth. He has expertise in corporate advisory, private and public M&A and equity capital markets in both Australia and the UK.

Simon is a senior advisor with experience in takeovers, schemes of arrangement and private mergers and acquisitions transactions, on a number of fundraisings including IPOs, rights issues and placements acting for both issuers and underwriters. Simon is also an expert in corporate governance.

Kristen Turnbull

Kristen Turnbull

GAICD, Executive MBA, BA Journalism

Kristen is an executive and non-executive director with more than 10 years’ experience in commercial management including founding a subsidiary business in WA for the global CoreData Group. A qualified professional researcher (QPR) and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, she is focused on driving business performance and improving the customer experience through data and insight.

Kristen is founding director of CoreData WA, deputy managing director of CoreData Group, and a 2022 Business News 40 under 40 Award recipient. She was a financial journalist for seven years, prior to transitioning her career into market research.

Stuart Jenner

BSc, MBA, GradDipMgt, PCC, FAIM

Stuart is General Manager – Capability & Culture at Gold Road Resources and an accredited executive and organisational coach, coaching leaders and teams from the boardroom to the frontline. Stuart has over 20 years of leadership and management experience across a diverse range of industries including Defence, Government (State & Federal), Mining & Resources, Retail, Construction, Not-for-Profit and Information Technology in Australia and Internationally.

Stuart is also a recipient of the Governor’s Award for Excellence for his contribution to leadership development during his career as an Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force. Stuart is married to a very understanding wife, Amber and has 5 children, with one of his daughters being born with special needs.

Ian Rathbone – FAC Chair

 

Ian Rathbone Ian has over 20 years of experience in senior finance roles across various commercial and not-for-profit organisations, including Science and Technology, Research and Development, Agribusiness, and Industry Good Organisations. Ian is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of CPA Australia, holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, and has recently achieved an MBA with distinction with the University of Western Australia.

Katie Williams

LLB, LLM, GCSI

Katie is a sustainability practitioner with a legal background, who runs Just Progress, a specialist consultancy. She works with companies to develop their sustainability strategy and governance, address their impacts on human rights and build their response to climate change. Katie has over twenty years’ prior experience in legal practice and worked as a partner in global law firm Pinsent Masons in the UK and Australia.

Peter Schneider

 

Peter is an experienced CEO and finance professional with a strong background in the private and public sectors. He is committed to Intelife’s vision of an inclusive society where all individuals are valued and treated as equals.

With extensive experience in social services, employment, and disability support, Peter’s motivation is shaped by professional and personal connections to disability communities. As a former local government CEO, he championed collaboration and advocacy for vulnerable groups. In the private sector, he held senior roles, including Company Secretary for an ASX-listed corporation and Chief Financial Officer, across industries such as retail and mining. A CPA with a Bachelor of Business, Peter brings expertise in governance, risk management, and strategic initiatives. As a graduate of the Cranlana Colloquium, he upholds principles of ethics and stakeholder engagement. Peter’s communication skills and dedication to empowering individuals align seamlessly with Intelife’s mission.
