BSc, GradDipEd, MBA, GAICD
As the CEO of Intelife, Paul is passionate about improving disability employment in WA – and with a strong foundation in place, believes that Intelife is well placed to be a leader of innovative practice in this area.
Prior to working at Intelife Paul has worked in a variety of roles. He was the Director of Statewide Programs at Scitech, State Manager of the Tax Institute of Australia and prior to joining Intelife, was the CEO of Australian Inclusion Group for 14 years, a company that runs 4 social inclusion focused businesses.
Paul is the father of two teenage sons and an energetic border collie named George, and for his sins, is a member of the Fremantle Dockers.
BSc Occupational Therapy, GAICD
Andrea brings over 20 years of experience in the disability sector to Intelife, with a strong background in therapy-based services, service re-design, clinical governance, and safeguarding. She is driven by a passion for outcomes that focus on people, performance, and impact, and finds immense privilege in working alongside a dedicated team at Intelife focused on upholding human rights and improving the lives of those they support.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys a vibrant family life with her husband and two adult daughters, who are busy pursuing their own studies, careers, and dreams. Their household is also filled with the joy of their kelpie and spoodle companions.

Anne is a generalist Human Resources Executive with senior experience in the Disability Services, Mining Services, Construction, Engineering, Agribusiness and Manufacturing industries. Over the course of her career to date, she has worked in a businesses ranging from mid sized family owned enterprises to ASX and internationally listed corporations.
As a generalist HR practitioner, Anne’s expertise encompasses all people aspects of the business. She is strategically focused and strives to provide a safe, positive and enjoyable working environment for all Intelife personnel.
Outside of work, Anne is married with two adult children. She enjoys daily walks with the dog, crafting hand made goodies for her family and a glass or two of good red wine.
BAcc Accounting, CPA
Having started her career at Ernst and Young, Lin gained valuable experience in Southern Africa before relocating to Western Australia in 2008. Lin brings extensive experience to Intelife having worked in both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. She is a dynamic leader with a genuine passion for community engagement, demonstrated through her previous role as Treasurer on a not-for-profit board and her current position as Treasurer for the P&F at her daughter’s school.
Combining financial expertise, strategic insight and dedication to service, Lin is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, effectively guiding cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and deliver excellence.
Outside of work, Lin treasures quality time with her family. Whether enjoying quiet moments at home, embarking on family adventures, or sharing meals together, family remains at the heart of everything she does.
BA(Hons) Business Information Systems
Brendan is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience leading teams that deliver organisational performance improvement through prudent investment in digital technologies. He has gained experience across several industries, including Disability Services, Resources, Technology, and Medical Technology, working in Australia, the USA, and the United Kingdom. Brendan’s focus is on ensuring Intelife takes full advantage of digital technologies to become a leader in the provision of Disability Services. He feels privileged to have the opportunity at Intelife to fully utilize his skills and capabilities to improve outcomes for people with disabilities within the community.
Throughout Brendan’s career, he has been recognized for his ability to deliver results, build strong relationships, and lead teams to success. He is passionate about using technology to drive innovation and improve the lives of people with disabilities. When not working, Brendan enjoy spending time with his two sons and hitting a small, white ball around well-groomed fields.
Laurie brings extensive experience in contract and services management to the Intelife team. With a strong background in the services industry, she has established herself as an expert in managing large-scale operations and developing commercial growth strategies, overseeing diverse portfolios including food, cleaning and facilities management.
Her career to date has included executive positions as General Manager of Business Development and General Manager of Operations throughout Western Australia and South Australia, where she has successfully managed large teams and numerous service contracts across multiple regions. A people-centric leader at heart, Laurie combines her passion for developing high-performing teams with a keen focus on commercial management and sustainable growth. Her strategic approach to service delivery and business development continues to create positive outcomes for both the organisation and the communities we serve.
