Kristen is an executive and non-executive director with more than 10 years’ experience in commercial management including founding a subsidiary business in WA for the global CoreData Group. A qualified professional researcher (QPR) and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, she is focused on driving business performance and improving the customer experience through data and insight.
Kristen is founding director of CoreData WA, deputy managing director of CoreData Group, and a 2022 Business News 40 under 40 Award recipient. She was a financial journalist for seven years, prior to transitioning her career into market research.

Katie is a sustainability practitioner with a legal background, who runs Just Progress, a specialist consultancy. She works with companies to develop their sustainability strategy and governance, address their impacts on human rights and build their response to climate change. Katie has over twenty years’ prior experience in legal practice and worked as a partner in global law firm Pinsent Masons in the UK and Australia.

Ian Rathbone Ian has over 20 years of experience in senior finance roles across various commercial and not-for-profit organisations, including Science and Technology, Research and Development, Agribusiness, and Industry Good Organisations. Ian is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of CPA Australia, holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, and has recently achieved an MBA with distinction with the University of Western Australia.

Peter is an experienced CEO and finance professional with a strong background in the private and public sectors. He is committed to Intelife’s vision of an inclusive society where all individuals are valued and treated as equals. With extensive experience in social services, employment, and disability support, Peter’s motivation is shaped by professional and personal connections to disability communities.
As a former local government CEO, he championed collaboration and advocacy for vulnerable groups. In the private sector, he held senior roles, including Company Secretary for an ASX-listed corporation and Chief Financial Officer, across industries such as retail and mining. A CPA with a Bachelor of Business, Peter brings expertise in governance, risk management, and strategic initiatives. As a graduate of the Cranlana Colloquium, he upholds principles of ethics and stakeholder engagement. Peter’s communication skills and dedication to empowering individuals align seamlessly with Intelife’s mission.

Joanne is a non-executive director with extensive experience in the aged care and health sectors, having served in senior executive, management, and clinical roles. Her career includes work with independent not-for-profit aged care provider Capecare, where she previously served as CEO and currently holds a Board Member position. As a Registered Nurse with strong credentials in healthcare management and governance, Joanne brings valuable expertise in clinical governance, leadership, and cultivating service excellence in the not-for-profit sector. She currently works as a consultant for GJ Consulting, providing consultancy and support services to aged care facilities throughout Australia.
Margot is a Partner at leading law firm Hamilton Locke, where she advises on complex property projects spanning large-scale developments, renewable energy initiatives, and carbon reduction strategies. Her work reflects a deep commitment to shaping sustainable, future-ready communities.
Passionate about driving positive change, Margot brings expertise in sustainable building practices, net-zero pathways, placemaking, and the design of urban centres that prioritise accessibility and affordability. Her interest in architecture and inclusive design is informed by both professional experience and personal perspective.
As a parent and carer of a young son with a disability, Margot understands first-hand the importance of creating environments that enable participation for all. By joining the Intelife Board, she aims to champion accessibility and foster workplaces where diversity and inclusion are not just values, but lived realities.
Bronwyn brings over two decades of experience in Western Australian human services, spanning hospital and community care settings. Bronwyn is currently the Executive Director, Service Delivery Disability with the Department of Communities, where she is responsible for state‑funded home and community disability care services, providing executive leadership for the delivery, reform and sustainability of services that support people with disability to live safely and well in their own homes and communities.
Bronwyn began her career as an Occupational Therapist in regional WA and remains deeply committed to improving access to quality care and support in local communities. Bronwyn is passionate about providing safe, high‑quality services closer to home, supporting people to remain in their own environments wherever possible. She has a strong interest in service delivery improvement and innovation, including the use of digital enablers to enhance access, integration and client experience across complex service systems.
She holds a Master’s in Health Services Management and is a Fellow and Certified Health Executive with the Australasian College of Health Service Management.
