Intelife works alongside participants, families, support coordinators and allied health professionals to find the right support for each individual.
We can support people with:

Building connections, accessing the community and developing skills and confidence through meaningful participation.
Developing everyday skills, confidence and independence to help people achieve their individual goals.
Intelife supports people with disability to explore meaningful employment pathways that reflect their individual strengths, interests and goals. From building confidence and workplace readiness through to finding the right role or gaining experience in a supported commercial environment, every pathway is tailored to the individual.
Our employment supports include Customised Employment, where we work with participants to discover suitable career pathways and connect with employment opportunities, and Supported Employment, which provides meaningful paid work across areas including commercial cleaning, laundry services, grounds maintenance, facilities and administration. Participants are supported to build real-world skills, confidence and independence as they work towards their employment goals.

Intelife’s Lifeskills and Daily Support services help people build confidence, independence and practical skills for everyday life. Support is personalised around each participant’s needs and goals, whether that means developing new skills, becoming more independent at home or getting the right assistance with daily activities.
Support can include cooking and meal preparation, budgeting, household tasks, personal care, mobility assistance, shopping and attending appointments, as well as building social skills, exploring interests and getting out into the community. Our team works alongside participants to provide the level of support they need while encouraging greater choice, confidence and independence wherever possible.
