Name(s): My name is Liam and I represent Intelife. Carin (Skills Trainer) helps me with the plot.
What are you currently growing in your plot?
Carrots, parsley, broccoli, cauliflower, beetroot, sweet potato, capsicum, tomato, fennel and marigolds.
Why did you decide to grow these plants?
These are the vegetables that I like and they were suitable to be planted for the season.
What's the best part of being involved in a community garden?
Saying hello to Bernhard and Dave every now and then. I love it to harvest my own vegetables to take home and cook with. We also share some of our vegetables and fruit at the garden.
Do you have any top gardening tips for us?
Add a thick layer of mulch to reduce water consumption and prevent weeds from growing.
Great interview Liam, keep up the good work.
