Introduction to our new COO
My name is Christopher Stuhmcke and I have recently had the pleasure of joining the Intelife team as Chief Operating Officer (COO). It has been an exciting time of discovery for me as I learn more about who we are, the amazing work we do, and most importantly hear great stories from and about the customers and staff at Intelife.
It is a privilege to have joined the Intelife team and I am enjoying working alongside such passionate and committed people. I look forward to doing my part in supporting and trusting our staff to enhance the lives of people with disability through support services and skills training.
Originally from Queensland, I relocated to lovely Perth with my wife and 12 year old English Staffordshire Bullterrier Chauncey in late 2014. Prior to relocating to Perth, I was Manager of one of Queensland's largest Community Service providers where I worked as a disability support worker for 10 years.
I have more than 17 years of disability services experience to bring to the role and a passion in human services to drive continuous improvement in customer outcomes, family satisfaction, operational performance and team capability.
Prior to my appointment as the COO, I held the position of Operations Manager at Interchange for more than three years.
